West Side Story Review

I recently visited the Lebone 2 College to have a look at their newest stage production, West Side Story. Gareth Dry directed this theatrical production. It was my first visit to Lebone 2 College and i was stunned at their most beautiful campus and well mannered students.

When i walked into the hall i was met with the sight of professionalism of how the production was put together. All the factors were working like a well oiled machine, like lightning, sound, decor, actors/dancers and orchestra. Gareth took the story of the musical and transformed it for the South African context. I found the dialogue and acting extremely funny and entertaining. I would recommend that our readers make a point of going to see the next production of Gareth Dry. Keep an eye on the events of Rusties so that you will know when the next production happens.

Thanks Gareth for a most awesome musical production performed by students of Lebone 2 College. Can’t wait to see what is coming in the future.

Rusties had a awesome month in April. Firstly it was Easter weekend. Easter for most people means a long weekend and Easter eggs. But for the true Christians it is a time to think about what Jesus Christ did on the cross for us when He died for our sins and rose again.
